Smartphones provide immediate connection with friends and family, entertainment, and gratification. So it’s natural to want to peek at our phone when bored, aggravated, or just need a break. But how does this impact our relationships and around us? This article brings up some good points about the impact it does have and how we can move towards being more mindful in parenting and interactions with all people. I know it isn’t easy but it something does not shift, we loose those important human connections that we crave and need.
